HOW TO PLAY

Moon Dial

You are a small moon riding a ring. Rings shrink in from the edge of the night, each with a gap in it. Spin the moon left or right so it is inside the gap when the ring passes over. Touch a ring and the night ends, so you go again at once.

The gaps sit on the points of little constellations: a straight belt, a zigzag W, a dipper. Faint dotted lines join them, so you can learn to read where the next gap will be. Fly through the middle of a gap to gather its star.

Keys: Left or A spins left, Right or D spins right, R restarts at once, P pauses, M toggles sound. On a touch screen hold the left or right half of the board. Every eight rings is a new night, and each one adds something: faster rings, drifting rings, rings that turn back, two gaps, wobbling gaps. Gather fifteen stars to unlock a slower practice night; practice runs do not count for scores. Your best is saved on this device.
