HOW TO PLAY
Tune Playground
Tap the bars or keys to play. Use two or more fingers to play several notes at once. Pick the xylophone, the little Mini piano, or the full 88-key Piano, and slide between Low, Mid and High to change the octave on the small ones.
Tunes: open the list and tap a tune to watch it played on the keys. The key to press lights up. Tap the tune again to stop it, or just play over it.
Piano: a real grand piano sound, loaded when you open it (about 1.2 MB). Touch hits are louder lower on the key. Use the arrows or the map under the keys to move along the piano, and − / + to change the key size. Sustain holds notes (or hold Space). Computer keys Z–M and Q–I play notes; ← → move them an octave. Plug in a MIDI keyboard and press MIDI to play with it, pedal included. Songs: every song has Simple (the tune, one hand) and Full (both hands). Blue round R is the right hand, orange square L the left.
With a keyboard on the small instruments, A S D F G H J K play the white notes and W E T Y U play the black ones. The xylophone and Mini piano make their sounds in your browser, with no files to download.
